I went to this shop in new york while on holiday and i love it, there is so much variety of charms and the staff were lovely and very interactive i haven’t taken the bracelet of since!!
We went to Cut and Cropped make a bracelet for my daughters birthday. She really enjoyed the experience. The store is very organized and the associates were very helpful. It was a fun and comfortable atmosphere. We asked for help obtaining certain charms and they gave us all that we needed, this made the experience really positive for my daughter as she was able to get all the charms that was important to her.
I shared this fun experience with my daughter. There was a lot of variety with the charms and if you can’t find it the employees were so kind to locate them in the back. My only suggestion would be to creative some order with other shoppers. Some shoppers were leaning all over the charms and resting their trays on the charms making it hard for others to sort through them. Maybe less people at a time so that everyone gets the best experience.
I went with a friend and we had so much fun creating our bracelets. I will say it's a bit expensive , I've seen charms go for cheaper on line, but Its definitely worth it for the experience. The store is small but well organized, the staff are super helpful and sweet and they build the bracelet for you so you don't have to hassle with it. I would recommend for a girls night out or birthday event. makes for a memorable time and keepsake.
