This listing is for 1 Italian Charm Bracelet and to reserve one of trays to make your very own Italian Charm Bracelet. Each experience includes 12 slots open to the public book to save. If you’d like to update your bracelet color or size at the time of your appointment, we’re happy to accommodate and will just charge the difference in price. Each guest will design their own custom Italian Charm Bracelet from our collection of over 3,000 unique charms. We’re the largest Italian Charm Bar in New York City.
This product is non-refundable. Cancellations may be rescheduled for an alternative date and time or converted into in-store credit.
Please note: While bookable time slots may reference a group size of 12, our store can accommodate more than 12 guests at a time. I scheduled a visit with cut and cropped for my daughters and I on a recent trip to New York. We had the best time making bracelets. It was an organized, easy, and fun experience. The store was adorable. It is located in a picturesque New York neighborhood and we enjoyed the walk there looking at all the cute restaurants and shops along the way. And while the website did say we get a free charm, they were offering free rings with online purchases which we preferred anyway. It was a great memory and souvenir.
We booked online and didn’t get one free charm. I asked about it also and they said it would make my daughter’s bracelet too big. I don’t think you should advertise a free charm for booking online if a discount or charm isn’t given. It can be a pain to be held to an online appt versus just walking in.
It was such a fun and awesome experience and would definitely go again! I have been wearing my bracelet a ton, but a little frustrated because two of the charms broke/the top piece fell off, which sucks because it wasn't cheap and I have not had it for that long.
My daughter and her friend had a lot of fun creating their bracelets. Planning to go back with my bestie <3
The experience was great. I just feel like it wasn’t fair that I paid for a full and because it was done online I was suppose to get a free charm but she said because I got a full it made no sense on getting the free charm. Then when I measured the bracelet I needed an inch bigger so I had to pay extra but was not given my free charm so it was false advertisement. I feel like if I needed an inch bigger she should have not charged me for the inch since I was not given my free charm.
