When will my order ship?

We will usually have your order packaged and ready for postal pickup in 1 to 3 business days. U.S. domestic shipping generally takes 2 to 6 business days. During the holiday season or after a drop please allow a couple of extra days for fulfillment and shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. Please type in your address and information at checkout to see shipping price calculations. Our international shipping ranges from $10-$35 depending on the shipping class you'd like.

What do I do if my tracking hasn’t updated since being notified the label was created?

It can take 2 to 3 business days for your order to ship once the label is created. If you haven’t seen any movement by the 4th business day, email customer service at the email address below.
