Experience the Cutandcropped Insider Italian Charm Experience™ at Macy’s, a more personalized and hands-on way to create your own custom Italian Charm Bracelet.

Crafted from high-quality stainless steel, our 9mm Italian charms link together to create a fully customizable bracelet designed to reflect your personal style. During this semi-private experience, limited to just 10 guests per session, you’ll receive more individualized assistance from our Cutandcropped team as you select, style, size, and build your bracelet.

Each guest will create their own custom Italian Charm Bracelet from our collection of thousands of unique charms. Our team will be available throughout the experience to help with charm selection, bracelet sizing, placement, styling, and assembly, making this a more curated and guided experience than our traditional walk-in charm bar.

Your reservation includes your bracelet experience and secures your space for the selected appointment time. If you would like to change your bracelet color, size, or upgrade your bracelet during your appointment, we’re happy to accommodate you and any additional balance can be paid in store.

Each session is limited to 10 guests to allow for a more attentive and personalized experience. While the experience is semi-private rather than completely private, the smaller group size allows our team to spend significantly more time assisting each guest individually.

This product is non-refundable. Cancellations may be rescheduled for an alternative available date and time or converted into store credit.

$100 online payment is a deposit and that a minimum of $50 is due in person.

The experience starts at $150 per person.

A $100 deposit is required online at the time of booking to reserve your space. A minimum remaining balance of $50 per person will be collected in person at Macy’s during your appointment.

Please note that the final in-store balance may be higher than $50. Pricing can increase depending on your bracelet upgrades, featured charms and any additional add-ons selected during your experience. Featured charms are priced individually and are added to your final balance at checkout.
