I took my 9yr old who is obsessed w/ bracelets and she was in heaven. There were more options to choose than I imagined and the staff were very sweet. I also appreciated the quality of the bracelet charms!
Overall this is a cute activity! Tons of charms, spent more time then I thought I would trying to commit to just a half charms bracelet. There was some discrepancy in what the girl sizing and the ladies in the back were telling us which was kind of annoying because it's a small room and should be easy to stay on the same page. Regardless we made some cute sister charm bracelets and have had no issues with them!
A friend and I came here as a pre birthday activity and we were pleasantly surprised at how much fun we had. We did have a reservation but we also went on a weekday so there was no line and it was not crowded. However I am sure that once the weather gets nice it will likely be more busy. I would suggest giving yourself enough time as they have many charms to choose from. It’s also nice that you can ask for help if you’re looking for something specific that you may not see. They can either find it or find something as close to what it is that you want. Would I return? Yes! I am already considering swapping out some of my charms. The employee at the register did an excellent job as I let her decide the order in which my charms should be placed. I feel like she could tell which ones were most important without me actually saying anything. If you’re thinking about going, just go! It’s great activity for a bestie day or group activity.
The experience was nice I liked the selection they had of charms. However I my cousin and I picked matching charms that were a double length of the New York skyline. I kid you not they had to have drawn on the design with a sharpie because it wiped off two days later. Very disappointing since the charm was so cute. Also a flower fell off of another charm I had.
My daughter and I went in on a Saturday morning. We were a little early, so we grabbed a coffee and an adorable coffee shop around the corner. When we went in, we were greeted right away and started choosing our charms. We both made full (all around) charm bracelets. I cannot recommend this store enough. It was so fun, and it was like a treasure hunt. Other customers were asking us to keep an eye out for a certain charm, and we did the same. It was interactive between customers and SO fun. Highly recommend!!
