Do I need an appointment?

No appointment is required; walk-ins are welcome daily. Guests who book in advance will receive a free charm with their Italian Charm Experience™.

What is the Italian Charm Experience™?

Our Italian Charm Experience™ lets you create a fully customized bracelet by choosing from thousands of gold and silver charms. Our team will assemble your bracelet for you in-store. We offer thousands of charms and feature the largest Italian charm bar in New York City, including a wide selection of in-store, Cutandcropped™ exclusive charm designs. We're the only store to offer the Italian Charm Experience™.

How long does it take?

Most experiences take about 30 minutes depending on how many charms you select and how busy the store is. We recommend allocating 30 minutes to 1 hour to look through our large selection of charms.

How much does it cost?

Pricing varies based on the size of the bracelet. We do sell charms individually too.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom jewelry. However, if you experience any issues, please contact us with photos, an order number and we’ll review on a case-by-case basis.

Do you host private events or parties?

Yes! We offer in-store and off-site event experiences. Please contact us through our website or email us for pricing and availability.

What is the jewelry made from?

Our jewelry is made from stainless steel and finished with high-quality gold or silver plating for durability and everyday wear. Many charms also feature enamel detailing and protective coatings to help maintain their color and finish over time.

What is the best way to care for the jewelry?

Care Tips:

• Safe to get wet, but avoid prolonged exposure to water, especially in pools, hot tubs, or saltwater.

• Avoid contact with sweat during intense workouts or long periods of wear.

• Keep away from harsh chemicals, alcohol, perfumes, and lotions.

• Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wear to remove any oils, sweat, or residue.

• Store in a cool, dry place—ideally in your Cutandcropped pouch or jewelry box.
